CTLAD

The Centre for Transformational and Leadership Development (CTLaD) extends educational assistance to underprivileged youth in rural communities and members of our mentoring groups. Annual Shoe Campaign: Our core initiative involves supplying shoes to school children in rural areas on an annual basis. This program stemmed from observations of the challenges faced by children in remote villages. Our goal is to provide 1000 pairs of shoes to children and teachers across 15 rural common Sierra Leone. Our impact in 2025 We supported 754 pupils and teachers, reached 12 communities, and 1000 pairs of shoes in progress.
